Returns & Refunds Policy – 360 Skin Studio
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund once we have reviewed the issue. Email: carol@360skinstudio.nz Please include your order number and a photo of the product so we can assist quickly.
Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or beauty products. We can accept returns only if the item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used products, gift vouchers, or sale or promotional items.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to damage, a fault, or an incorrect product, 360 Skin Studio will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Processing Time
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.
